Nature Awards Inclusive Health Research
2024 Short List Announcement
We wish to extend congratulations to Dr. Kelsey Chapman for being shortlisted for the prestigious Nature Awards for Inclusive Health Research, in partnership with Takeda!
Her impactful work with the Dignity Project and Inclusive Futures: Reimagining Disability is a powerful example of how research and advocacy can come together to improve systems and services for people with disabilities. This recognition is well-deserved, and it speaks volumes about the impact Kelsey and her incredible team, including Angel Dixon OAM, Prof. Elizabeth Kendall AM, and many more, are making in the field.
The Dignity Project continues to push boundaries, fostering meaningful changes that are inclusive and accessible. Kelsey, along with partners like the Queenslanders with Disability Network and Metro South Health, is truly transforming the way we think about disability and inclusion in health research. We’re all crossing our fingers for a win in October! Keep up the amazing work, Kelsey—you’ve already made such a positive difference.
Winners will be announced in an award ceremony in South Africa in October 2024.
