I am a PhD candidate at Griffith University and VU University Amsterdam. I am interested in clinical research to improve the quality of life of people in pain. I have a special interest in understanding neuropathic pain features. My work as a clinical physiotherapist with people in pain encouraged me to work closely with people with diabetes. My PhD focuses on the complications that may occur over time in people with diabetes, especially related to the function of the nervous system and pain.
