Jayke Bennett is a dedicated Senior Research Assistant with a keen focus on cognitive psychology, motor skill learning, and the innovative application of technology in teaching real-world skills. His research interests extend broadly into using technology to enhance physical, emotional, social, and occupational health in both community and clinical settings. Before joining the research field, Jayke gained valuable experience as a research assistant and university tutor in psychology and statistics. This background has provided him with a solid foundation in both academic research and teaching.
Outside of work, Jayke enjoys spending time with his partner, exploring beaches, running, and seeking out the best local coffee spots. A surprising fact about Jayke is that he has Coeliac disease, which has inspired him to recreate gluten-free versions of his favorite foods. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours, reflecting his academic excellence and commitment to his field.
