About the Project

The Home Modifications Design and Innovation Program aims to extend design knowledge for builders, occupational therapists and end users. The program has developed in response to increasing demand for home modifications quality and innovation in Australia, the need for improved service, product delivery and build capacity to deliver results in a short time frame for a rising ageing population and people with a disability.
