An all abilities Queensland: everybody has a role to play
This week is Disability Action Week! With the theme ‘An all abilities Queensland: everybody has a role to play’.
This week is all about empowering people with disability, raising awareness of disability issues, & improving access and inclusion throughout the wider community.
1 in 5 Queenslanders have a disability, with disability touching the lives of most Queenslanders in some way. Everybody as a role to play in creating an inclusive accessible community for all.
Check out the inspiring stories from award winning social enterprise Co-op & Espresso Train Café at Nundah. They are taking a strong role in creating an all abilities Queensland, with the business created and run by people with disability.
