Celebrating our ONE year anniversary
The Hopkins Centre First Birthday!
This last 12 months has gone by quickly and we can't believe it was only a year ago that the centre formally commenced.
The centre has had many achievements in our first year:
- Attracting a membership base of 165 people, including 80 active rehabilitation and resilience researchers and 63 higher degree students
- Over 50 joint projects with partners
- 10 events led by Research Stream Leaders and visiting experts with a focus on sharing knowledge and building capacity
- Quality seed and translation projects in progress
- Our inaugural symposium was also a clear standout with more than 160 participants including clinicians, industry groups, academics and service users.
Our members have celebrated this important milestone over the last week with morning teas arranged at our key centre locations.
