Complex adjustment to physical injury in rehabilitation: Translating knowledge of resource, support and learning needs of staff into best practice training and clinical care
About the Project
It is anticipated that the findings of this study will inform the preliminary development of best practice rehabilitation clinical models that appropriately support rehabilitation professionals in their role, which in turn will likely result in improved client-centred care and support to individuals and their families. By appropriately supporting rehabilitation professionals in their role, it is anticipated that individuals with brain injury, spinal injury, or a persistent pain condition (and their families) will benefit more from increased engagement and access to rehabilitation services funded by CTP or NIISQ schemes.
