Creating an inpatient peer support group to enhance the psychosocial functioning of brain injured patients

About the Project

This research aims to provide new insights into the contribution that peer support programs can make to an individual patients adjustment to their brain injury in the early stages of their diagnosis. This research will be of interest to the staff in the Division of Rehabilitation both at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and other health centres around Australia.
