HCQ Consumer Engagement Evaluation

About the Project

The Hopkins Centre and Health Consumers Queensland recently partnered in a study to evaluate the impact and effectiveness that Health Consumers Queensland is having on consumer engagement in Queensland. Researchers from The Hopkins Centre, evaluated feedback from consumers, carers and health services staff on community engagement within a variety of health services.

HCQ are fundamental in this work, reliant on facilitating support, capacity, management and nurturing consumer and community networks.
