Bold ideas, better solutions 2018, The Hopkins Centre (THC) research symposium was held on 15 November at the Translational Research Institute (TRI). There were over 265 registrations and 200 participants across the day, which included a breakfast forum and main event.

HabiTec aims to ethically expedite that process by creating a sociotechnical space where all stakeholders can work together. HabiTec has been designed as both a physical and virtual space for stakeholders to test rehabilitation processes, tools and technology. The physical HabiTec Lab has been developed in partnership with Occupational Therapies - Metro South Health, Microsoft Health and The Hopkins Centre and is located at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. The Hopkins Centre is a joint initiative of the Division of Rehabilitation, Metro South Health and Menzies Health Institute Queensland, Griffith University.
